embracing habits that promote overall health, recognizing it is essential to obtain longevity and
a resilient life.
Self-care activities includes practices such as adequate sleep and water intake, healthy
nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, setting boundaries, and engaging in
activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
